Terrible. They dont do repairs, seldom even mow the lawn until its way too high. Same with snow removal really slow getting it done. They dont do anything with mold problems, just paint over it. They discriminated against disabled people. They forced me out of my apt after 6 years. I had no complaints about me [r my dogs to my knowledge. I did not drink party or cause loud noise. I cleaned up after my dogs, I helped my eldely neighbors as much as I could. I paid my rent and owed no money. I had a letter from my dr when I moved in 6 years ago to have my dog to be able to hear my door and alarms since I am mostly deaf. My dog is 8 years old. I also had a 2&1/2 yr old dog weiner dog that i was trying to train to take the older dogs place. I had this dog for over 2 years. I was just told, of course never in writing that I had to get rid of one, pay 300 non refundable pet deposit per dog, or get out. I had to give up my 8 yr old girl to a rescue. That just killed me. What really sucks, they said my apartment was already rented and no other rental available around here. They make their own rules when it comes to the HUD apartments. And are terrible mean controlling bullies! If I had to rent from them again, knowing what I do, I would avoid them at all costs.
Very nice visit with a family member and staff made it very comfortable.. bringing coffee and desserts and everyone we chatted with,that lives there loves it. I have worked in nursing homes..that says so much about the staff and administration.
