Speaking from personal experience, I am very impressed and extremely pleased with the service, product availability, and helpfulness of the staff. I live about fifty miles away and am not a local of Carrington. After trying every (literally) hardware, plumbing, etc. store within radius, Carrington was the last option before trying a bigger town such as Bismarck or Minot which was even further away. I wish I would have started in Carrington with Schultz.
My husband and I started with what was to be a simple upgrade in the bathroom, but turned into a very complicated mess of decades old plumbing materials and applications. Like I stated before, we had tried many other places before stumbling across Schultz's. They were the only business that even offered to receive pics of the plumbing disaster so they could evaluate the situation we were dealing with and address it as best as possible from an hour away. They also stayed two hours later on a Saturday-- voluntarily--exploring every way to help my husband and I. Not only did they go above and beyond the normal call of duty, they exceeded any expectations of knowledgeable staff and had all of the necessary parts on hand. I hope this positive review is considered a help by any person in need of a plumbing miracle and gives Schultz's a try before any other place. They seem to have mastered not only the trade, but haven't lost the personable appeal of small town friendliness or the accessibility and variety of what one would expect of larger towns.
